Website design & developmentVienna

Help visitors decide whether your business is right for them. Starting fresh or replacing an old website, we shape the pages, content and flow around what matters most to your customers.

  • The source code is yours
  • Built mobile-first
  • Search-friendly structure

What a good website does: a clear message, real proof, a simple next step, fast on mobile, search-friendly and yours to keep.

Follow the visitor journey

Every visitor arrives with three quiet questions. A useful page answers them in order — with context, proof and a simple way to act.

  1. 01 · At a glance

    “Is this for me?”

Lead with the service, audience and location so the business makes sense at a glance.

  2. 02 · Real proof

    “Can I trust this?”

Use real photos, examples and details to show what someone can expect from working with you.

  3. 03 · Next step

    “How do I move forward?”

Keep booking or enquiries simple, ask only for what matters and make the action work well on any screen.

How your website takes shape

The cleaning-business example below follows one website from the first conversation to launch. The exact work changes from project to project.

01 / Talk

Get the context.

Tell us what isn’t working, what you want to improve or what you’re starting from. A few notes or an existing site is enough.

Starting point

The goal, likely pages and anything still missing.

The next step

02 / Plan

Map the pages and actions.

We turn the brief into a page structure, decide where each action belongs and agree how future updates should be handled.

Page plan

The page structure, key actions, content gaps and how future updates will work.

03 / Design

Shape the message and the look.

We put real copy, layout and imagery into a working page so you have something concrete to react to. Sometimes seeing it changes the plan. That’s useful.

Working direction

A page you can review, question and change.

Need original photography or video? We plan it around these pages. See photo + video ↗

04 / Build

Make the interactions work.

We build the pages and forms, then try the routes a customer will actually use — on phone and desktop.

Working site

Something you can click through and test.

Growing into customer accounts or internal tools? We scope that separately as an app. Explore apps ↗

05 / Launch

Check it. Then publish.

Before anything goes live, we do a final pass and prepare the handover. You keep the source code and can move or update the site without being tied to our hosting.

Ready to launch

Final checks complete and access ready for handover.

From a real project

For an airport-transfer business in Vienna, the website does more than describe the service. Booking starts right on the homepage — and every request flows into the same system the dispatch team works from.

  1. 01
    Booking on the homepage

Route, time and passengers in one short form — right where visitors land.

  2. 02
    Connected to dispatch

Each request becomes a trip in the dispatch dashboard instead of an email to copy over.

  3. 03
    Customer accounts

Passengers can come back to see and manage their trips.

What you get

Design, features and content are chosen because they help your customers — not because they make the scope bigger.

The code is yours.

We hand over the source code and deploy to hosting of your choice. Move it, change it or update it — without being tied to us.

Built for every screen.

Layouts, forms and navigation are tried on phone and desktop before anything goes live.

Search-friendly foundations.

Page structure, titles, descriptions and performance work. We don’t promise rankings — we build the base they need.

Enquiries that reach you.

Forms ask only for what matters, and every request lands where you’ll see it.

More than one language.

Structured for multiple languages when you need it. We agree who supplies and checks the copy.

AI where it helps. People where it matters.

AI speeds up planning, design and development — it doesn’t get the final say. We review the output and test the links, forms and layouts that matter.

Before we start

Pricing, timing, editing access and what happens after launch.

Something else on your mind?[email protected]
  • The price depends on the pages, features and content you need. Once the scope is clear, we prepare a quote. If the project needs paid tools, hosting or a domain, those costs are listed separately.

  • We agree on a schedule once the scope is clear. The amount of content and time needed for feedback also affect the pace. If you have a launch date in mind, tell us at the start.

  • Yes. We can review what you already have, keep the useful material and identify what needs changing. You don’t need finished copy or a complete image collection before getting in touch.

  • Yes. We hand over the source code, so you can make changes directly using the code editor or AI coding tool you prefer. If you would rather not edit the code yourself, we can handle future updates separately. We decide that before building.

  • We use AI where it speeds up planning, design or development. It does not get the final say. We review the output and test important links, forms, layouts and third-party scripts. Projects with sign-ins or stored customer data need additional security controls.

  • At handover, you get the access you need and we agree who handles what next. Maintenance, new features and ongoing content updates can be added separately.

  • Yes. We can structure the site for more than one language. We just need to agree who supplies and checks the translated copy.

  • We can include search-friendly page structure, titles, descriptions and performance work. Search visibility also depends on your content, market and competition, so we don’t promise rankings or enquiry numbers.

No finished brief needed

Start with what you know. We can work out the rest together — a few lines about the business and the website is enough.
